A fully automated frozen French-fry production line has successfully passed acceptance testing and entered operation, injecting new momentum into the company’s expansion into the frozen potato-products market. The line encompasses all processing stages—potato washing, lifting, peeling, cutting into strips, trimming, blanching, dewatering, frying, quick-freezing, and packaging—enabling automated, continuous production from raw material to finished product. Equipped with precise temperature-control and variable-frequency drive technologies, the system ensures uniform fry size, golden-brown color, and a crispy texture, thereby significantly improving product quality and yield. The line is also fitted with high-efficiency dust-collection, oil-removal, and exhaust-gas-treatment systems, meeting stringent environmental and occupational-safety requirements. In addition, the system features self-diagnostic fault detection and automatic parameter storage, making operation straightforward and maintenance convenient while substantially reducing operating costs. Once commissioned, the line will provide a stable supply of frozen French fries, potato wedges, and other products, which are widely used in restaurant chains, supermarket retail, and export markets, thereby enhancing the company’s competitiveness in the frozen-food sector.
