A major new intelligent tomato-ketchup processing line has recently been officially commissioned at a food-processing enterprise, marking a significant step forward in the company’s deep-processing capabilities for tomatoes. The line is designed with ample capacity, substantially increasing daily throughput of fresh tomato raw materials and enabling large-scale, continuous production. The entire production line features a modular design, with key equipment configured for high reliability, ensuring stable operation, easy maintenance, and long service life. During production, the system automatically performs impurity removal, preheating to inactivate enzymes, vacuum concentration, and aseptic filling, effectively preserving the nutritional content and natural flavor of the tomatoes while maintaining consistent color, taste, and quality that meet stringent standards. In addition, the line is equipped with comprehensive safety protection and environmental-control systems, fully compliant with food-safety production standards. Following commissioning, this project will further optimize the company’s industrial-chain layout, strengthen its market supply capacity, and enhance its brand influence.
